I am at CEI. Class average for Architecture exam is less than 75%. I am letting it go.

I saw people suffer tonight with their Law results. Many received less than 70% even though the teacher didn't bother to check if people were cheating or not.

I tend to wonder if the teacher is to blame on her taching methods or the students are?

I passed but was not happy with the class average. There is some good people in this class and when you see that everyone is not doing well, well, it kinda makes you feel bad.

I am in the process of getting a copy of an ACAIQ exam that was recently written. When I receive it, I will edit the numbers for evaluation and math and post most of the other questions in their entirety. I need to protect the person who managed to copy his exam for me. Acaiq has a way of knowing who wrote what!

Later..

I think that the architecture part of this exam is a total waste of time.

I have no interest in ever building a house, I have no interest in ever working with a builder.

I understand the need to understand how a house is made, so I do not look clueless, but to tell me that a piece of tape is needed to ensure insulation on the vapor wall, I do not understand the need.

The fact that this teacher is rushing through the class as if we are on borrowed time kinda makes me wonder if it will be as easy as it looks when the time comes to write the exam.

I am also at a loss for words when it comes to the hours we are supposed to be training for.

Classes are supposed to be from 9-4, they finish at 1:00pm

Many in my class are fine with that, Much respect for most of the people in the class but I paid for 240 hours, not 200.

Better to suffer now, by hearing the same things over and over again until we memorize them, than getting to the ACAIQ exam and being completely lost.

When we did our exercises today, it took 10 minutes to get through 40 or so questions???

Even though most were as easy as ABC, many people in my class probably had questions to understand why that was the answer, but the teacher was in such a damn rush that no one even bothered!

I have looked through every architecture question tonight, I have mastered it, 4 hours of memorizing everything.

Spoke to a friend who took exam Last year, he failed, he received 49/80.

Most questions were pretty simple he said, Law really confused him, no geometry but a lot of math. He thinks that he failed because of law and math, contracts were pretty basic!

He re took the exam when the time limit passed and received 57/90.

He currently has 4 listings, sold 3 houses this year and is working 30 hours a week for Sutton. I guess you do not need 100% to make it!

Try and remember some of the questions and post them here.

We are 25% through this class so far, everyone in the class seems like they know what's going on. Seems pretty logical for now.

The only thing that concerns me is questions that are translated from French to English.

Example... There have been a few words that confused me so far.... SUCCESSION a.k.a. ESTATE, CONSEQUENCES a.k.a. result(not entirely negative), and all those words that make absolutely no sense, unless you are a lawyer!

The math, is probably the easiest thing, one problem, I have spoken to 4 different agents and they all confirm, THEY HAVE NEVER HAD A NEED TO USE MATH LIKE THAT. EVER, AFTER YEARS OF BROKERING.

Although are math teacher is a very good person, I do not understand why I would have to know what a buyers share will be when splitting the property with 4 others? The notary does all this, the bank, and the sellers themselves, I have nothing to do with who gets what?

We spent 30 minutes on that one question.

Anyway, so far so good, all teachers are excellent, going well, would like to see some A.C.A.I.Q. sample questions if possible.
