ACAIQ Exam for Real Estate Agents
For people that decide to go into the Real Estate Profession the ACAIQ Exam is probably a very stressful experience.
After completing a lot of hours (240) in school learning Real Estate Law, Real Estate Mathematics, Real Estate Brokerage Act, Appraisal and Drafting of Contracts a potential Real Estate Agent has to pass the ACAIQ exam in order to get licensed and work under a Real Estate Broker.

Occasionally I will be posting a few sample questions that might be on the ACAIQ Exam. If any of you who allready wrote the exam remember any questions you can post them here so you can help your future colleagues.

b) By a Real estate Broker
c) Only the Broker for whom he is working
